Summer 2022

ReWild - Food, Farming, & Justice

Working with ReWild for a second summer, I taught a virtual four-part series on cultivating both food and justice for their 2022 summer youth program.

Summer 2021

ReWild - Vegetable Gardening

Given my work with Cornell Cooperative Extension Nassau County, a member of ReWild asked me to teach a two-part lesson on gardening basics. One lesson was a virtual presentation. The other was a hands-on series of activities taught in-person at their garden site.

Weed Guide

Understanding Weeds on Long Island, NY

During my time as an intern at Cornell Cooperative Extension Nassau County in 2019, I created a weed guide to identify weeds commonly found on Long Island. I have since created updated guides. These resources compile information from a variety of extension services and government agencies.
